Returns & Exchanges

Every piece at Kyondo is one of a kind. If something is not right for you, you can exchange or return it.

You can exchange purchased products within 14 days of receiving them:

• By post: you pay the shipping costs for sending it back and for the replacement.
• In the shop: bring the product to our shop in Sent (Sot Pradè 138, 7554 Sent).

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The purchase price is refunded as a voucher, which you can redeem in the online shop and in our shop. A refund to the original payment method is not possible. You pay the shipping costs for the return.

We only exchange or take back unused products in perfect condition. Dirty or damaged goods cannot be exchanged or returned.

Before sending anything back, contact us with your order number by email at jambo@kyondo.ch or by phone at +41 81 511 25 77. Then send the product, well packed, to:
