Terms & Conditions

Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein via the online shop kyondo.ch, represented by Buchli’s Kyondo, Sot Pradè 138, 7554 Sent (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”).
Products
The product images show the selected product, especially in terms of color. The size is not accurately represented in the images.
Offer and Conclusion of Contract
By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding order for the products listed on the order page.
Immediately after receiving the order, the provider confirms the order by email. The purchase contract is only concluded when the provider confirms the shipment of the goods by email (order or shipping confirmation) or at the latest by delivery of the goods.
Payment Terms
Payment is made by credit card, Twint, or PayPal.
Return Policy
There is no right of return.
The provider allows purchased products to be exchanged, with the customer bearing any costs incurred.
Prices and Shipping Costs
Prices are in Swiss francs. The prices on the day of the order are decisive.
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery address, quantity of goods, and items. The exact shipping costs are shown to the customer during the ordering process. No further costs are incurred for delivery within Switzerland.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery is only made to addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Delivery dates are generally not agreed upon. The stated delivery times are for orientation only. The customer is obliged to accept the delivered goods.
In case of major delays, the customer will be informed by the provider and may withdraw from the purchase before delivery if desired. In this case, costs will be refunded.
Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made. Before the transfer of ownership, pledging, transfer by way of security, processing, or transformation is not permitted without the provider’s consent.
Data Protection
The provider undertakes to comply with data protection regulations when processing customer data. Further information on the handling of customer data can be found in the separate privacy policy.
Final Provisions
If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, the contract remains effective in all other respects. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
The terms and conditions and the legal relationship between the provider and the customer are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is at the provider’s registered office.
